Job Description:
Barton Mutual is seeking a motivated individual in the Eastern Missouri area (Cape Girardeau to St. Louis) for a property adjuster and inspector position. The basic functions of the job include:
- Investigating, evaluating, and settling property and liability claims
- Performing physical inspections of properties to verify they meet company underwriting guidelines
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Clean driving record
- Ability to carry and climb ladders and navigate roofs
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Xactimate experience and/or Bachelor degree preferred
- Building trades knowledge preferred
