Vacant Dwellings
Coverage for vacant dwellings. The policies provide for basic perils such as fire, wind and hail, as well as coverage for vandalism.
When you purchase insurance for your vacant dwelling, coverage options are as follows:
- Liability - if you are sued for a covered incident that occurred on the vacant property, we pay for an attorney, court costs and any damages awarded, up to the policy limits
- Detached structures on the premises can be scheduled on the policy (garage, storage shed, etc.)
The description of coverages and programs are purposely brief and are subject to specific policy provisions, limitations and exclusions that can only be expressed in the policy itself. For a complete explanation of coverages, please consult one of our licensed agents.
