  Barton’s management team brings a combined 144 years of experience to our company. Sally Fast, hired in 1973, worked through the ranks of the company before being named President in 2013. Vice President of Underwriting, Brian King, has served for 22 years in the Underwriting Department. Dorothy Spivey, Vice President of Claims, has been in the Claims Department for 19 years. Treasurer Jacqui Nichols has served for 21 years in various roles with the company. In 1975, Secretary Linda McKay joined the Underwriting Department, and she now serves as the supervisor for our Policy Production Department. The commitment of these officers to Barton Mutual is just one of the reasons the company boasts over 120 years of service to Missouri.
